Prime Restoration came quickly even though it was late on a Sunday night and stayed all night to get our mess cleaned up. They did a great job! They were wonderful to work with. They knew just what we needed. Friendly, professional, respectful. They kept us informed every step of the process. They helped guide us through the insurance problems we had. They were so good we chose them to handle our rebuild as well. I hope we never have another disaster, but if we do, I'll call Prime Restoration! Read more

They would be my first call. Read more

They performed the mitigation, lined up the contractors for the rebuilt, and dealt with my insurance company to get the estimate approved. All the contractors they found were great. They were very respectful of my home, and always cleaned up after. Mark, the rebuilt manager always followed up to make sure things were done right. The quality of the finished work is excellent. Highly recommend! Read more
