This company was amazing to work with from the beginning. I had called about finding water and mold damage in a basement bedroom of a rental property. They made time to come out next day, thoroughly inspected, found issue(ended up being a crack in the foundation) and safely removed everything damaged. I was impressed with how clean they kept the worksite as well. Of course I was concerned about how much this would end up costing me, they were able to give me a detailed quote that I was very pleased with! Of course those prices are always subject to change if other issues arise, so they were able to keep me updated on those things but luckily there was no big changes for my project. After all mold was removed they started on the remodel. This was the part I was dreading the most, I’ve always had bad luck finding people to get these remodels done quickly. I was once again blown away. They finished the whole project quickly and efficiently. My tenants were so impressed with the easy communication when it came to scheduling and also how quickly and clean they were able to keep the project. Project is done now and you would never know the carpet and walls were damp and covered in mold just a few weeks ago. It might be the most beautiful room in the house now! I’ve already referred them to friends and family!
