If I could rate them 10 stars I would! Prime restoration was amazing! When I had a sewer backup in my house they were there same day and didn't leave until it was cleaned up! They kept me in the loop the whole time and always made sure I wasn't having any problems. They were willing to answer any questions my husband or I had, and we're always quick to respond.

The in-person estimate was detailed and as expected. Mark did an excellent job of cleaning and restoring. Prime impressed me as being very professional. I recommend them whole-heartedly.

This review is for two damage restorations. The first was massive and required 11 dumpsters, the most recent, a small abandoned house that was completed in one day. These folks will tackle anything and are flexible to suit what is needed to please the client. They are quick to respond and keep you updated. They are on my speed-dial. Highly recommended!

I cannot say enough good things about Chad and his team. They came late at night when we flooded our house, did things the right way, and were thorough and thoughtful. They have gone above and beyond to save our home from any recurring issues with the flood damage. Every person who has been in our home has made us feel at ease, which is no small feat when your home is being torn apart. I’m so glad we called Prime!

Prime restoration helped me with a huge leak in my bathroom and kitchen, they were amazing to working with, and kept me Informed every step of the way. My bathroom and kitchen now look even better then before! Thank you so much!!

I have used Prime and recommended them to my daughter. They were awesome both times. With my daughter they were at her house 30 minutes after I called them( 10 pm) to help them with a flooding basement. Worked with our insurance to get things done right. They are amazing!

Prime restoration was so helpful! They handled everything from start to finish. It was so nice to know that they had everything under control, including working with the insurance!

They came out the same day I called them. It was an urgent situation and they acted quickly to dry the moisture and thoroughly investigate what was causing the problem. Some tear-down was done, followed by rebuild. Prime was very easy to communicate with and the work was beautifully done. All was restored to its proper condition and the price was reasonable. Hopefully, I won’t need this service again, but if I do, they are the only ones I would work with. Highly recommend!

I found water damage in an exterior wall that was pretty severe! I am absolutely grateful and happy that I had Prime Restoration help me with this problem! Everyone that I interacted with, it was a pleasure to work with! We were in the process of replacing flooring when the issue was discovered. They were very prompt with their response and repair! Everyone from Mark, Jon, Camren, Alex and others were conscientious with the costs (since this wasn't going through insurance) and willing to do exactly what I wanted. Everyone seemed so honest and responsible that I felt that I could leave them unattended in my home. Mark even went to bat for us to try and get this to be covered by insurance. I already have given their name to multiple people I know recommending them! I would ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND them to anyone needing help with restoration of your property!!! If I could give a 6 stars out of 5 review, I would!!!
